Croeso i Siop Ar-lein Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog. Trwy roi archeb ar ein gwefan, rydych yn cytuno i’r telerau a’r amodau canlynol. Darllenwch nhw’n ofalus cyn gwneud pryniant.

1. Amdanom Ni

Mae’r siop ar-lein yn cael ei gweithredu gan Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog (BBNPA), awdurdod statudol yng Nghymru.

2. Archebu

  • Mae pob archeb yn ddibynnol ar argaeledd ac ar gadarnhad pris y nwydd.
  • Unwaith y byddwch wedi gwneud archeb, byddwch yn derbyn e-bost cadarnhau derbyn archeb. Nid yw hyn yn gadarnhad o dderbyn archeb.
  • Cynllwynir contract rhwng chi a Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog dim ond pan fyddwn yn anfon e-bost cadarnhau archeb atoch.

3. Prisiau a Thalu

  • Mae’r holl brisiau wedi’u rhestru mewn GBP (£) ac yn cynnwys TAW (lle bo’n berthnasol).
  • Rydym yn cadw’r hawl i newid prisiau ar unrhyw adeg. Bydd y pris a dalwch yn y pris a ddangosir ar adeg y pryniant.
  • Mae talu’n ofynnol ar adeg gwneud archeb. Rydym yn derbyn prif gerdyn credyd/debyd a dulliau talu diogel eraill fel y manylir wrth y ddesg dalu.

4. Danfon

  • Rydym yn danfon i gyfeiriadau o fewn y DU. Os oes angen danfon rhyngwladol arnoch, cysylltwch â ni cyn gwneud archeb.
  • Mae taliadau danfon ac amseroedd danfon amcangyfrifedig yn cael eu dangos wrth y ddesg dalu.
  • Ein nod yw hanfon pob archeb o fewn 3–5 diwrnod gwaith ar ôl cadarnhad.
  • Nid ydym yn gyfrifol am oedi a achosir gan wasanaethau danfon trydydd parti.

5. Dychweliadau a Chanslo

Eich Hawl i Ganslo (Rheoliadau Contractau Defnyddwyr 2013)

  • Mae gennych hawl i ganslo eich archeb o fewn 14 diwrnod ar ôl derbyn eich nwyddau.
  • I ganslo, cysylltwch â ni’n ysgrifenedig neu drwy e-bost gyda manylion eich archeb.
  • Rhaid i chi ddychwelyd yr eitemau o fewn 14 diwrnod o ganslo ar eich cost eich hun oni bai bod yr eitem yn ddiffygiol neu’n anghywir.
  • Bydd ad-daliadau’n cael eu prosesu o fewn 14 diwrnod o dderbyn y nwyddau a ddychwelir.

Polisi Dychweliadau

  • Rhaid dychwelyd eitemau heb eu defnyddio ac mewn cyflwr a phecyn gwreiddiol.
  • Ni ellir dychwelyd eitemau personol, nwyddau darfodus neu eitemau wedi’u gwneud yn arbennig oni bai eu bod yn ddiffygiol.

6. Nwyddau Diffygiol neu Wedi’u Difrodi

  • Os daw eich archeb yn ddiffygiol, wedi’i ddifrodi neu’n anghywir, cysylltwch â ni o fewn 7 diwrnod o’i dderbyn gyda lluniau a manylion y broblem.
  • Byddwn yn trefnu eitem newydd neu ad-daliad llawn, gan gynnwys unrhyw gostau postio lle bo’n berthnasol.

7. Eiddo Deallusol

  • Mae’r holl gynnwys ar y wefan hon, gan gynnwys disgrifiadau cynnyrch, delweddau a brandio, yn eiddo i Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Bannau Brycheiniog ac ni ellir ei ddefnyddio nac ei atgynhyrchu heb ganiatâd.

8. Preifatrwydd a Diogelu Data

  • Caiff eich gwybodaeth bersonol ei thrin yn unol â’n Polisi Preifatrwydd.
  • Rydym yn casglu dim ond data sydd ei angen i brosesu eich archeb a ni fyddwn byth yn ei rannu gyda trydydd partïon heb eich cydsyniad, heblaw pan fo’n angenrheidiol i gyflawni’ch pryniant.

9. Cyfrifoldeb

  • Mae ein cyfrifoldeb am unrhyw golled neu niwed yn gyfyngedig i werth cyfanswm yr eitemau a brynwyd.
  • Nid ydym yn gyfrifol am golled anuniongyrchol neu ganlyniadol, nac am unrhyw oedi neu fethiant i gyflwyno cynnyrch oherwydd amgylchiadau y tu hwnt i’n rheolaeth.

10. Newidiadau i Delerau

  • Rydym yn cadw’r hawl i ddiweddaru’r telerau a’r amodau hyn ar unrhyw adeg. Bydd unrhyw newidiadau yn cael eu postio ar y dudalen hon a byddant yn dod i rym ar unwaith.

11. Cyfraith sy’n Llywodraethu

  • Mae’r telerau hyn yn cael eu llywodraethu gan gyfraith Lloegr a Chymru. Bydd unrhyw anghydfodau yn destun awdurdodaeth eithriadol llysoedd Lloegr a Chymru.

2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This is not a confirmation of acceptance.
  • A contract between you and the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as detailed at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the UK. If you require international delivery, please contact us prior to placing an order.
  • Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • To cancel, please contact us in writing or via email with your order details.
  • You must return the items within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Personalised, perishable, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any postage costs where applicable.
